About Wilo

The foundations of WILO - one of the largest pump and pump systems manufacturers of the world - date back to the bronze and copper processing workshop of Louis Opländer in 1872. At present, WILO's complementary equipment for installations are used in many fields across the world for people's requirements in a wide range that stretches from buildings to industrial processes, agriculture to general use clean and sewage water transfer, and infrastructural investments to treatment facilities.

Acting with more than 7,000 employees in 71 countries all over the world, WILO started its activities in Turkey in 1992. With an environmental investment decision taken in 2009, WILO introduced the highest technology facility of the industry to Turkey, and it is operating in the first green building with a LEED Gold certificate in Europe in this industry. WILO Turkey constitutes of a big family of approximately 1,000 people including sales partners, authorized services, and regional distributors.

Having realized different projects to create awareness regarding the importance of water in our life, Wilo is holding its Photography Contest for the fifth international time in 2016. Wilo intends to explain its respect to the environment to wider masses through the power of the art of photography.
